Fast Track AI lets you explore your CRM data using natural language.
Instead of writing queries or navigating through multiple reporting tools, describe what you want to understand and Fast Track AI can analyse the available data and return the results.

Ask questions in natural language

You can ask Fast Track AI questions using plain, everyday language.
For example:
"Show me daily NGR by market for the last seven days."
or:
"Compare July and June performance across all brands."

Go beyond a single number

Fast Track AI can help you explore data from multiple angles.
Depending on the data available, analysis can include:
  1. Metrics and KPIs
  2. Trends over time
  3. Comparison
  4. Breakdowns by brand, market, provider, or segment
  5. Drivers and explanations
  6. Anomalies and outliers
  7. Behavioural cohorts and clusters
  8. Recommendations for further analysis

Deep Data Analysis

Fast Track AI can go beyond standard reporting to help identify patterns and explain changes.
For example, you can ask:
"Which campaigns this week had the highest NGR with the lowest bonus cost?"
or:
"Are there anomalies in NGR by market this week? What might explain them?"
Fast Track AI can help identify the relevant patterns and suggest ways to refine the analysis.

Drivers and explanations

You can ask Fast Track AI not only what happened, but why a metric changed.
For example:
"How did NGR change this month, and what are the main drivers?"
This can help you move from reporting to investigation.

Anomaly detection

Ask Fast Track AI to identify unusual behaviour or changes.
For example:
"Are there any unusual changes in NGR by market this week?"
Anomalies may be identified across dimensions such as:
  1. Brand
  2. Market
  3. Provider
  4. Segment

Cohorts and clusters

Fast Track AI can identify behavioural groupings in your data.
These groups can help you understand player behaviour and, where supported, can be saved and used as Segments.

Comparisons

Fast Track AI can compare different periods, campaigns, brands, markets, or other relevant dimensions.
Examples:
"Compare Campaign A and Campaign B."
"Compare July with June."
"Compare Affiliate X with Affiliate Y."

Visualisations

Depending on your request, Fast Track AI can return charts and other visual representations of the data.
You can specify the format you want.
For example:
"Show this as a monthly trend chart."
or:
"Return a table with the top 10 results."

Data limitations

Fast Track AI analyses the data available through your CRM and integrations.
If a particular metric or data source is unavailable, Fast Track AI may not be able to provide the requested analysis.
For example, you may see a message indicating that game activity data is unavailable.
The quality of insights depends on the quality, completeness, and availability of your underlying data.
Note: If any results indicate missing data, contact Support, your Partner Manager, or your Integration Manager.

From analysis to action

Analysis does not have to be the end of the conversation.
You can use an analysis as the starting point for another action.
For example:
"Find players who haven't deposited in the last 30 days."
Then:
"Create an Activity targeting those players."
This allows you to move directly from insight to execution.

Send reports by email

Once you have generated a report, you can ask Fast Track AI to send it by email.
For example:
"Please send this report to [recipient]."
Note: Recipients must be included on your organisation's Approved Recipients list under AI Settings. Your administrator manages this list.

Scheduled Jobs in Fast Track AI

A Scheduled Job is a standing instruction you give Fast Track AI in chat. It runs on a schedule and emails the result, so nobody needs to open the chat again.
You can create jobs by prompting, see every job for your brand on one page, and pause, resume or delete any job from the portal or from any Fast Track AI chat.

Create a job

Ask Fast Track AI for the job in plain language from Fast Track AI Sidebar . There is no creation form: prompting is the only way to create a job.
In your prompt, say:
  1. What you want reported
  2. Who should receive it
  3. How often, including the time and the timezone
For example: "Every Monday at 9:00 CET, email me last week's deposits by market."
  1. Fast Track AI replies with a plan: recipient, schedule, the exact time window, what the email will contain and which data it reads. It asks about anything unclear and flags data problems before creating anything.
  2. If approval mode is set to manual, approve the action in the chat. You can switch to auto-approve with the control beside the message box.
  3. Fast Track AI creates the job, gives it a name and a one-line description, and shows it in the chat as a card.
The job does not run when it is created. It runs for the first time at its first scheduled slot.
Tip: There is no fixed email template. Fast Track AI decides the subject, body and structure from your prompt, so be specific about what the email should contain. You can tell it to choose everything and create the job without confirming, but reviewing the plan gives you a job you can trust.

The Scheduled Jobs page

Go to Fast Track AI > Conversations > Manage Scheduled Jobs. The page lists every job for your brand, including your colleagues' jobs.
Column

Use Search jobs to find a job. Each row also has a Delete action.

The job page and run history

Click a row to open the job. The page shows its name, description, schedule, prompt, creator, creation date and status. The conversation that created the job opens in Fast Track AI beside it.
The run history lists one row per run:
  1. Status: green for a successful run, red for a failed one. A failed run shows its reason under the timestamp.
  2. Started: date and time.
  3. Run Duration: in seconds.
The page shows the last 30 runs, ten per page. Runs are kept for 90 days.
Note: The dot in the run history describes that specific run. The dot on the Scheduled Jobs page describes the job itself, so an active job can still have failed runs.

Manage a job

Change a job. Prompt Fast Track AI in the chat rail on the job page, for example "Change this job so it runs at 8:00 on Mondays only." After you approve, it confirms the old and the new schedule. The job page itself is read-only and you can't change a related job from there.
Test a job. Ask Fast Track AI for a test run. It reports back the subject and body of the email it sent.
Warning: a test run is not a preview. It runs the job end to end and sends the real email to the real recipient.
Pause and resume. Use the Active / Paused toggle on the job page or on the job's card in the chat. A paused job keeps its settings and run history.
Delete a job. Delete it from the Scheduled Jobs list, from More actions > Delete job on the job page, or by asking for the job by name inside Fast Track AI. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.

Permissions

  1. Anyone who can use Fast Track AI on a brand can see every job for that brand, including run history. Jobs are not private.
  2. Jobs belong to one brand. You never see another brand's jobs.
  3. You can change, pause, resume and delete the jobs you created. To manage other people's jobs, you need the permission called: Fast Track AI:ScheduledJobs:Manage
  4. Without that permission, a colleague's job is read-only: the Delete action is hidden, the toggle is greyed out and the chat rail does not open.

Good to know

  1. Jobs are created and changed only by prompting. There is no form or recurrence picker.
  2. The result arrives by email only, with no attachment or export, and no copy is kept in the portal.
  3. Nothing checks the email before it is sent. If the analysis finds nothing useful, that is what the recipient receives.
  4. You are not alerted when a run fails, and a job does not stop after repeated failures. Check the run history.
  5. The list has search, but no status filter or column sorting.

Troubleshooting

The email never arrived. Open the job's run history. No run means the job has not reached its scheduled slot yet or is paused. A red dot means the run failed, with the reason shown. A green dot means the job ran successfully, so check email delivery, such as the recipient address and spam folder.
The page says "This scheduled job could not be found." means the job has been deleted.
